CAIPIRINHA

We discovered the Caïpirinha in l'Absinthe Cafe in SAINT-ETIENNE, and had further occasions to taste some great ones in Mexico, although this is really a typical Brazilian cocktail.

Here's how to make one simply: you need liquid cane sugar, rum Bacardi (or the real stuff Cachaça), one lime per glass and crushed ice.

Dice half of the lemon, squeeze the rest, mix and crush well at the bottom of a glass, add one good tablespoon of liquid sugar (you can also use normal sugar), then 2 ounces (5 cl) of rum, fill with ice. It's ready.

SIP WITH A STRAW!!
