The wedding coordinators are mentioned on my Mexican wedding pages, they are Maria & Erica Tripaldi, from "Weddings in Playa" (www.weddingsinplaya.com), if I remember well, their fee was roughly $500, and the work they did was definitely worth it. We dealt with Maria most of the time, and she took care of everything, we only had to show up really. It was great working with Maria, she's a real pro, really efficient & business-like where she needs to be, while a very sweet and friendly person too.
